Floor Premium:-
1)First Floor and Second Floor- Rs.100/- per sqft. extra
Third Floor - Rs.50/- per sqft. extra
2) The First Floor units have following lawn areas which will be added in the basic cost @Rs.750/ per sqft.
Installment Payment Plan
At the time of Booking 5%
Within 30 days of Booking 12.50%
Within 60 days of Bookinhg 12.50%
Balance 70% in equal Installment of 8 Months
Down Payment Plan
At the time of Booking 5%
Within 45 days of Booking 93%
Down payment rebate 2%
Note for charges:--
1. For Parking Bay the price prevailing on the date of the booking of the bay will be applicable.
For booking, 25% of Parking price is payable immediately and the balance in installments.
