The Company has acquired 93 acres of land at Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai to develop an integrated township consisting of individual bungalows, flats, multiplexes and such other infrastructure as would be required by such a Project. This project has already commenced and is expected to be complete within 36 months of starting, that is, by, 2011. This project is estimated to generate sales of approximately Rs. 2000 crores. |
